I’m currently on the tail end of an 11 week assignment out here in the Alaskan bush! Current location: Oliktok Point Long Range Radar Site (LRRS) above the Arctic Circle! Some of you may have seen episodes of the current season of Ice Road Truckers…the closest town (if you can call it that) is Deadhorse, AK. It’s the home of the Great Alaskan Pipeline and the end of the long stretch of the Dalton Highway from Fairbanks!
